The BEAMER is a modular, user friendly flexible precision electron beam welder.
Select the work chamber that best fits your specific part or accommodates a high-mix part environment. The workspace can easily and quickly be adjusted with a variety of extension tubes.
Ultra-stable switched mode power supplies deliver the power you need in a clean, oil-free environment. Select the electron gun to deliver the required energy.
Fast pump-down, silent operation, oil-free, and turbo molecular are your options when configuring the pumping system.
Running on the industry standard Windows Operating System with a touch-screen GUI and a multi-microcontroller core for beam-and process control makes the BEAMER user-friendly, adaptable and keeps the system current.
Which BEAMER is for you?

BEAMER SERIES
x12 | x18 | x24
The typical BEAMER comes with a standard machine frame to host the pumps, electrical and vacuum components. Vacuum chamber sizes can vary up to approximately 27” cube. The most common sizes are 12” cube, 18” cube, and 24” cube. Standard power options are 3kW and 5kW at 60kV.
Smaller vacuum chambers or custom sizes are easy to satisfy. Check out the BEAME L series for larger systems and more power.
The BEAMER can be equipped with a wide range of tooling.

BEAMER L SERIES
x39 | x63 | x70 | CUSTOM
The BEAMER L system is built on the same versatile core as its smaller counterpart but designed for more power (from 60kV to 150kV), larger vacuum chambers and both. Chamber sizes are customizable. Standard sizes are 39” cube, 48” cube, 70” x 63”x 63” and 70” x 36” x 50”. Machine frame design varies based on the power option and there are plenty of tooling options available.

BEAMER ELECTRON GUN
The electron guns are equipped with turbo molecular pumps for high vacuum and to isolate the gun from the vacuum chamber. High-definition color cameras provide a “birds view” of the workpiece for setup, alignment and for beam viewing.

REFURBISHED ELECTRON BEAM WELDERS
We convert old electron beam welders that are unreliable and difficult to service into “like new” BEAMER electron beam welders.
Refurbishing entails the new modular BEAMER core, a modern user interface, electronics, electrical and vacuum components as well state-of-the-art high voltage power supplies and gun cables.
Fortunately, there are several key components that can often be reused such as the stainless-steel vacuum chamber, electron gun housing and the machine frame. We take the old machines completely apart, powder-coat the frame, refurbish the pumps and reassemble it, using new BEAMER components.
Refurbished BEAMERS are reliable, well performing , modern electron beam welders that are easily serviceable and that we support for years to come. Contact us to discuss your equipment or check for current inventory.
